As parents we all know that it is hard to “pour from an empty cup”

Finding time for yourself as a parent can be a constant challenge, as we endeavour to juggle home, work life, family and relationships. This becomes increasingly difficult if you are trying support a child with their mental health.

Parents always put themselves last. Frequently forgetting to look after your own wellbeing needs all too often, can lead to feeling of stress, frustration, low mood and becoming generally overwhelmed.

Where can you receive our wellness support for parents?

We can offer support directly in schools, providing convenience and familiarity for parents to access therapy. Home-based sessions bring the therapeutic experience to individuals, eliminating travel and creating a secure space.

For those who prefer a neutral environment, sessions can be conducted in a dedicated therapy room. Remote sessions extend our services and ensure access to mental health support without geographical constraints.
